iOS Question Play Streaming Audio When Device is Off

When a user taps on a link in my webview that points to http://somewhere.com/mp3 it starts playing the mp3, but if the device is turned off, it stops playing. How do I get it to keep playing when device is off?

It is currently not possible. iOS kills the process when it is in the background.
