First you should change that profile pic

Second, try installing Android SDK to a folder like c:\Android. It doesn't work properly in folders with spaces/characters

Maybe it is the adt-bundle...
I mean; maybe the SDK needs to installed seperately

On MY PC inside the Android SDK i dont have a folder libs inside platform-tools but i have one in the folder Android-sdk\build-tools\[version]

That´s true. But i dont think it is the problem here

DonManfred is right - cause used to work until I changed computers and installed the HD with the Program as Boot Drive in new computer. Then this message. Before fine, no problemo.
