It has no meaning in english and is not in any known dictionary.
However, if you google Quizber then you get many in a list, so its been used in a number of places and times.
there is Quizber.blogspot.com
there is a facebook page belonging to
Malena Quizber Berios
and so on
as to if i like the name : i rarely look for games so don't have any opinion except that it doesn't have "nice" "catchy" it. (see #4).

but, then, qui in spanish and french is WHO but quiz in french and italian is what it is.
does a game's name need to make sense? not sure. but it probably needs to be catchy and stick in the user's memory.
