When this test app reaches a label it still runs its as a panel

It is fixed for the next update. If you like you can download the attached xml file copy it to the internal libraries folder to fix it now.

But Is it possible it is same problem for the button?

I don't think so. With Panel the internal object was described as UIView instead of the actual panel type. This is not the case with Button.
