Powerstate onChange event ?

Hello,

is there any event indicating that powerstate has changed ?
Currently I'm polling powerstate in a Timer_Tick event.
When powerstate is 0 there is nothing to do in my application, so I could
stop the timer 'til I get some kind of notification.
