Android Question Prevent closing or uninstalling a application

I have to make an application that will run in the back ground and can not be disabled or uninstalled unless the user provides a password. It can do so in B4a? Can you guide me in this direction?

I think you can not put a password on uninstalling-option with b4a. You can not do that with java too. ThatĀ“s how android works. The USER have the control over his apps. And he can decide to uninstall or block your app
