So I dug up my ( not a clone after all) UNO board, and, since I don't have that many electronic components around, tried out the simple Button example...
I select the board, and it detects it in COM3, all good
Compilation takes just a fraction of sec, but it eventually times out during upload to the board... The "13" Led blinks during this process so I guess communication I ongoing.. after time out, my Button example works in the board!
Also I can't seem to connect the Logs
So, even if its kinda working... What's wrong?

After changing the time out from 60s to 120s, the compilation completes in just a few seconds, and the log also works
