iOS Question Publishing on store with different Apple ID

Hi everyone,
excuse me for my stupid question but I'd like to know if I could build an App with my Production certificate and publish it on App Store with an Apple Id different from the one I've used to create the certificate.

You can always create a new app id and then generate a new provision profile with that app id and the existing certificate. Certificates are not tied to any specific app id.
