Hey everybody,just done with my first app,a random number generator,i know its not too great.But anyways,just check it out.

But why does it need all these permissions:

Your location: 
coarse (network-based) location, 
fine (GPS) location
Network communication: 
full Internet access
Phone calls: 
read phone state and identity
System tools: 
prevent device from sleeping
Your location: 
access extra location provider commands
Network communication: 
view network state
System tools: 
automatically start at boot

I like your Random app.
Now it's a must have on my mobile.
It's a shame that the app name is too common in search results and people searching for a random number generator won't find yours easily.
Like susu said, your color theme is nice and the app very useful!

Nice work, I got some things to say about it though, if you don't mind.

First:
The input dialog always says "From, Enter the smaller number", even when changing the value of the bigger number.

Second:
What method do you use to generate random numbers?
If you use the built-in rnd(min,max) then I would suggest to let the user toggle between offline and online mode.

What I mean with that is that in offline mode you use the normal method and in the online mode you query random numbers from random.org.
