My questions are the following:
1) Has anyone tried that with a RPI4? Is this version of Liberica JDK suitable for RPI4?
2) In the second link I read that the Java WebKit is not working. Does this include a non JavaFX web app?

1) Yes, it should work assuming that you are not using jPi4J - the hardware library.
2) No. WebKit = WebView engine.
