Android Question Reactivate bought In-Apps on another phone

How can one reload his bought IN-APP products on another phone.
I tried everything, but it never work completely (Same Google Account)

Manager.getownedproducts doesn't seem to work. F.e. when you like to install a APP with bought InApps on a second phone or tablet it seems not to restore all bought InApps.


Has anyone a working solution ?

If Google doesn't return the owned products then there isn't much that you can do unless you want to maintain your own server for that.
