Reason for cancellation : other ???

Hello,

Do you know what is "Other" as a reason for cancellation in the Play Store ? I have already seen : "Client request for cancellation" or "Payment refused" but "Other" ? Does the customer choose the reason for his/her cancellation ?
I have seen ten consecutive lines of that cancellation, reason why I am asking

In fact, Google Play store did not delete any of the app but the customer (the sole in Romania, has bought 10 times and cancelled 10 times)...
