is possible from an activity to add to a list that is an element in another activity

Not directly, you can however create a List and populate it, then, when the other Activity starts you can populate the ListView using the data saved on the List you created.

StartActivityForResult ... it does not exist in B4A, right?

No, just in libraries, and yes, a global List.
