Running App on Second Computer

This is my first app so I'm trying to get an operational understanding here.

When the app is complete I should be able to design a form with it.

So my question is would I only be able to use the app on a tablet to design a form. Or could the app be used on a PC for the form design and then used on a tablet for the filling out the form.

If I wanted to use the app for the form design phase on a second PC would I need B4A, Java SDK, etc. installed on that PC.

The reason I ask is that it is a lot easier using the app to design the form on a PC than a tablet.

Your app is an Android app. It cannot run on any other platform. You can however install Android SDK and use the emulator to run it (B4A is not needed as the emulator is part of the SDK).

One other thought, can a tablet be connected to a PC so that an app running on the tablet can be accessed on the PC.

Yes it is possible to connect a PC to an Android device. However you will need to implement this access yourself.
