Sample Application

Does anyone have a sample application that would show "Best Practices" for creating an application. It doesn't have do anything, just to get jump on doing things correctly.

Something that has a Splash screen and Main screen.
Bonus if it has Settings, About, and Help screens.

I created a couple of B4A apps, but not sure if I'm going about it the best way.
