When using the scene builder, why don't the alignment guides appear at the edge of the form when you're resizing an object?

Unsure on how to describe it, so I made a vide. Pay attention to the red "smartguides" and notice how when resizing, the control doesn't lock onto 14px away from the right side. This applies to when resizing the control from right to left.

I see. Note that scene builder is a tool made by Oracle. So there isn't much that we can do about it.
