I appreciate how useful multiple screen orientations are for most applications, but I have an app that will be used actively on a device strapped to user's forearm. Often the user might be at awkward angles like 45 degrees when they look at the screen, so I would like to keep it fixed in either portrait or landscape (chosen by the user preference).
Is there a way to force a particular screen orientation and keep it fixed for the duration, no matter how it is rotated?
