Android Question SDK_Target 26, what consequences for external libraries?

if me update to target sdk 26, will the librariers i got here also belong the sdk 26 then?

The consequences are listed here: android.jar / targetSdkVersion / minSdkVersion

If the library requires a dangerous permission then you need to request it at runtime.
