Separate Mousewheel from Scrollbar

Hello everybody,
do anybody know if there is a way to separate the mousewheel from the vertical Scrollbar of a FormExDektop-Window which is set to Autoscroll?
I need the Mousewheel for another action than scrolling the Window vertically.

As a beginner, I'm having trouble finding a way to capture mouse scroll wheel event(s). I know it is possible, but after several days can't figure it out. argh! Looked at Hover and Reflection Libs to no avail. I don't understand how to interpret the javascript examples to B4A? Lost...
