Android Question Set blank Keys on Keypad

There are some blank KEYS on the KEYPAD. Any chance these can be SET or PROGRAMMED in any way?

Not really as each device manufacturer sometimes do not use the same keyboards. Erel has created a numerical keyboard @JamesGreaves, you should download it and try it with yourown TextEdit boxes, it works great.
