Share a SQLite DB

Which are the solutions to share a SQLite DB between multiple android devices?
I mean :
If a have 2 users that should access a table in read and another table in write access how I can centralize the db ?

SQLite is a local database. Consider using a remote database such as MySQL.

Is technically possible to use PHP and sqlite, but its not worthwile; use a MySql as Erel suggested.
