should I get basic for android or designer for android?

I'm really only interested in the designer but I'm wondering if the designer is the same in basic should I go ahead and get basic for 14 dollars more to just have that if it would work still with java?

In other words can I use basic4androids designer with eclipse?

By the way, I would probably be interested in basic4android but I'm thinking that might make it tough for me to get an android job if I don't make it as an indipendant developer?

If you want to write your program with Java then you should use Designer4android.
