iOS Question Slider TrackColor?

Hi everybody,
is it possible to change at runtime the slider trackcolor?
there's not an exposed method to do that if not in the designer....

One question.... all the nativeObject properties we can set belongs to native xcode objects... is there a guide or reference charts where i can get these methods and/or object properties by my own?
