How do I make the telephony feature not a requirement?
My app still works on devices that can't make calls. I'd like for them to be able to use the app still.

Do you want to avoid the app from being filtered by Google Play because of the phone feature?

When you upload the APK you should get a message describing the "uses features" fields that your app will be labeled with.

You should explicitly add these fields to the manifest editor with: android:required="false".

If it isn't clear then please post the features you see in the dialog and I'll help you with the manifest code.
