Android Question [SOLVED] Customlistview not scrolling

I have a customlistview on a panel (because I can't find a Visible property) the problem is when I move the panel when the keyboard shows the clv doesn't let me scroll past 4 rows. Puzzling

SOLVED - I took the customlistview off the panel. I now set visibility through the sv scroll view
