How I can make a mirror copy of a sheet in excel?

You can close a sheet with jPOI library.

Dim jo As JavaObject = wb
Dim ps As PoiSheet = jo.RunMethod("cloneSheet", Array(0)) 'clones the first sheet
ps.Name = "New Sheet"

It will clone it and add it to the workbook.

workbook is wb created as jo (JavaObject)?

No. wb is a regular PoiWorkbook.
