Android Question SQLCipher - opening database outside of android?

Hello there!

I have created an encrypted database using the SQLCipher database here:

My question is: Could I open this file outside Android? Let's say a sqlite manager which support encryption.

You will need to find a tool that supports SQL Cipher library.
