#StartAtBoot: True not working automaticaly, I have to go into phone settings for permision startup.

It is handle by Android (the OS installed on the Device).
Maybe your Device need this. Is it a Huawai? I remember something read in the past about Huawai Devices...

A Samsung device - for ex. - does not need this.

There is nothing B4A can do for you automatically.

My device is XIAOMI
Android version 6

i must get the permission in setting startup manually,,,

Seems to be a XIAOMI specific issue. I dont think that B4A can anything do about it.
