Android Question StartServiceAt starts a new thread?

Hello, I need you to help me about a question I have:
StartServiceAt starts a new thread or replaces the previous thread even though it is not finished yet?
What happens with the previous thread if it has not finished yet? Is it stopped and eliminated or a new thread is created and they both continue in parallel?

StartServiceAt never starts a new THREAD. All Services are running on the Main thread.
StartServiceAt will put the wanted start into a queue to process. The Service will be started at this time. If there was another starttime set it will be replaced with this one.
