I have received this review from Apple, how can I try the in-app purchase as the message says?

As previously communicated, you must submit your in-app purchases products and upload a new binary in App Store Connect. Learn more about how to offer in-app purchases in App Store Connect Developer Help.

I read the article but I don't know how to do what they ask

How was the first version of the app, I have uploaded the first version without in-app purchases and once approved I have re-uploaded it with the in-app purchases within the app and it was also approved
