is there a way to hide the botton menu bar of the tablet? I mean, the bar with the key: back, main....

Not if you are using HoneyComb or ICS. On the older Android OS you can set the activity to fullscreen in the designer and it will hide the menu.

I have an "old" Archos 70 running Android 2.3 and it doesn't hide the menu with the activity set to fullscreen.

There is an app out on the market called hide status bar, unfortunately you need root to operate it. You could download it, pull the apk, decompile it to look at the close and see how it works. Then try to add the functionality to your app.
Although that is an awful lot of work just to hide it. It is a suggestion though.
