iOS Question TableView and image inside row cell

Is there a way to force the bitmap to stay inside the row without using custom items?
The bitmap hide the line cell (see the Erel tutorial).

I had already tried.
The images are smaller of the line.
Any height fixed images always come out.

Images size 72 pixel.
Row Height 156dip.
I also tried with 40 pixel and 84dip.

I see your point now.

The line is pushed when you add a bitmap. You will need to use a custom cell if you don't want this to happen.
