Throw warning when the
targetSdkVersion="xx" in the manifest does not match the android jar path C:\java\platforms\android-22\android.jar

for example

TargetSdkVersion should = '22'

There is nothing wrong with using a different version of targetSdkVersion and android.jar.

I recommend to use the latest version of android.jar though it is not very important.
