Task.DueDate cannot be set correctly

I'm not really sure but I think this is a bug in the Outlook.dll:

If I set the DueDate of a task in ticks containig a specific date and time, only the date component is set correctly. The time component is always saved to 08:00 am.
Is this a bug or am I missing a special PocketOutlook configuration which sets the default due time of a task always to 08:00 am?

Task.DueDate

In Outlook itself, in Tools / Options, there is an option "Change the appearance of tasks" / "Reminder time". This defaults to 8:00 am.

Does the behavior change if you change this setting?

Haven't testet this yet, but I if the desktop configuration influences the PocketOutlook with a default time, I'm still wondering why we aren't able to set a specific time with the Outlook.dll even if the help file tells us we can do so: Outlook
