Taxes of the apps

I've received an email of Apple:

When taxes or foreign exchange rates change, we sometimes need to update prices on the App Store. Starting October 2019, the Japan Consumption Tax (JCT) will increase from 8% to 10%, resulting in a price increase for apps on the App Store and in-app purchases (excluding auto-renewable subscriptions) in Japan. Once this change goes into effect, the Pricing and Availability section of My Apps will be updated and your proceeds will be increased accordingly. You can change the price of your apps and in-app purchases (including auto-renewable subscriptions) at any time in App Store Connect. For subscriptions, you have the option to preserve prices for existing subscribers.

Note that Apple does not administer the collection and remittance of JCT applicable to sales to customers purchasing content on the App Store in Japan. You will continue to be responsible for the collection and remittance of such taxes to the appropriate tax authorities, as may be required by local law.

A similar email with Google:
In compliance with state tax laws, Google will be responsible for determining, charging, and remitting state and local sales tax for all Google Play paid apps and in-app purchases made by customers in the following states in the United States effective

Apple doesn't act the same as Google?, is the developer who have to remite the taxes to the corresponding country?, someone can explain it to me.

How do Apple expect you to collect tax from customers? It's not possible, you get no contact details.

With Google I leave it all to them. They are selling my app to customers including any in app purchases, making it their job to sort out VAT.

At Apple, you can only choose your app prices from a list, but you should choose a different price from this list when the tax increases.

In Goolge it's different.
You dictate your price and Google puts the tax on it.
