Android Question The question of SQLCipher

B4a generated using SQLCipher library file to a computer using "SQLCipher Browser" cannot be opened.(The password is correct)
How do I solve.

Make sure to use the same SQLCipher library. B4A uses SQLCipher v2.

Can do a latest version of SQLCipher v3 library。
"SQLCipher+for+Android V 3" download:

It will probably be updated in the future. We recently updated it to v2.20 to support Android 4.4.
