Android Question Time Dialog Display Format

In one program the Time Dialog displays as a round clock while in another program it displays as a chart. The code looks the same to me in both programs and the library (Dialogs Version 2.92) is the same for both. What could be causing the difference?

Yes Indeed! That's the difference. Thanks DonManfred. Is there generally an advantage to using a later (higher number) target SDK (rather than my preference -in this case- for the clock in the previous (lower number) SDK)?

I recommend you to set the targetSdkVersion to 19 if you don't want to deal with runtime permissions. If you do want to use runtime permissions then set it to 23.
