Beta Title Bar strange reaction. Beta #3

Hello @Erel,
This behaviour happens on Windows 7 and Windows 8 but only if you have 'Auto-hide Taskbar' checked.

I can't really explain it, so please just watch the video in the link below and follow the mouse, you will see what happens when I click on the Title Bar, it looks strange.

I see the issue in the video. It doesn't happen here (Windows 7 with auto hide taskbar checked).

Might be a bug in the third party library that handles the themes. Will track it for now.
