iOS Question Uploading to iTunes connect

I have created a simple iOS app and have testing the app on my iPhone. I have a developer account and have done everything to submit the app on my PC but upload it. I have tried two different MAC computers where I sign into my iTunes Connect account, but neither one will show me the icons that link to the upload options. Any thoughts on what I am missing?

You have to upload your App with the "Application Loader" application on your mac

Thank you for the reply. Is this possible to do using the MacInCloud.com (rent a Mac)? I don't own a Mac and I am not going to buy one to upload a simple app I did for a friend.
