Hi i am newby to basic4pp and i love it already, my first simple script has been
    born yet.

Before i go on i have a little question.

Can i create an (button) object which will be loaded with some urls and when i select one of those it will open then in the internal explorer (IE)?
    Like a bookmark/favorites function.

    thanks

    Hi tvrman,

you can use the shell command in a Button_Click sub to start external programs with additional parameters.

Note that currently you will to write the full path to IExplore.exe.
In the next version (which will be released in a couple of days), the Shell command will also look in the path folders and make it simpler.

Yes. Version 5.00 will be released in a couple of days (maybe tomorrow).
If you consider purchasing Basic4ppc, now it is a good time as the next version will be slightly more expensive.

Can't wait!!! I'm getting all excited now.
Will my upgrade arrive automagicaly as I've been using B4PPC since March and I believe that the upgrades are free for the first year :sign0188:

Keep up the good work Erel, I'm certainly spreading the word as B4PPC is simply the best development software for the device, on the device.

    Thanks,
