My application developed with B4A have acces to a Serial Usb converter from Prolific. It's runing on a Tinkerboard with Android 7.1.2. It's working very whell. My Application autostart with the device power up. At the first start, android ask me if I want to give permission to my app acces to the USB device. Each time I agree, and at all power up it's the same problem. It's like android doesn't memorized my choice. Is there a permission to give in android Manifest or enything else?
