Android Question Use finger print instead of a password (B4A)

Most phones these days have finger print reader. All these phones use the finger print reader as an option for the user to unlock their device. I would like to use the same idea to be able to allow the user to unlock my app (password protected app) using his / her figure print. Is there a library for this? Or did anybody tried to do this before?

Why, oh why, do people ask if a feature exists WITHOUT even searching for it in the first place????
Note that if you search for "finger print" instead of fingerprint then the relevant library thread will not return (it happens because fingerprint is considered a single word, unlike FingerPrint which is split).

So this is a good thread. Now when you search for "finger print" this thread returns as the first search result and will quickly take the searcher to the relevant library thread.

Thankfully this forum's search engine uses word prediction and just entering "finger" already shows fingerprint related topics as suggestion
