Using Windows LTSB for B4X development?

I'm not overly excited by the standard versions of Windows, they contain a lot of things I have zero interest in - especially as I only ever use my Windows computer for B4X development. This means I pretty much only use these apps:

  • B4X
  • Sublime Text
  • Mercurial
  • Tortoise HG
  • Meld
  • Chrome

A while back I discovered Windows LTSB, which is sort of like a stripped down version of Windows. (There's lots of info on the net about it, here's an example article, and here's another.)

This sounds almost too good to be true. I was wondering if anyone here is using it, and if so could share a bit of their experience from it?
