Android Question video adds reward points

hi all
in some apps i hae seen that they dysplay video adds and whaen the users see them he gets points eg 50 points. i would like to ask you how this is implimented is there an example in the forum, i tred to serch for such a thing but i was unable to find any relavant information.
if some on can help i will be greatfull.
