It seems very hard to make voice actions by means of listen continuously to a command to start an app or service....
Try to make one app work and post it on google play if we can not do it for ourselves ....
Why ?
If 100 Apps with more than 500 000 installs needs a voice activation app, then you have a public that needs to start something on command : "Hey you start at once or I kick your ass"
