Android Question Voice Recognition Offline and Hide Dialog

hi all
1° how can i make a voice recognition offline in b4a?
2° how can i hide the google speak now dialog?

the 2 questions its possible to make in all anothers IDE*s but i dont know how to make this on b4a
i see many apps a google play with this and i need this from now how can i?

on the google i have found many and many tutorials, but for eclipse , how to make this for b4a?

The VoiceRecognition object from the Phone library sends an intent to the default voice recognition engine which then does the actual work. Whether it supports offline recognition depends on the device default engine.

You cannot hide the dialog with this solution.
