One of the requirements of the WebApp we are working on is the ability to capture and provide electronic signatures of whoever is attending every day. An individual can sign in as staff or as a beneficiary. In future versions there will be profiles created so that people can just sign in and perform the necessary actions. For now this is just the first leg to address class attendance.
The idea is to allow one to use their ID number OR their name (a fuzzy search is performced) or QR code to search the back-end and then open a persons details. Once that is done, they put their John Hancock, after choosing to check in and check out. The PocketBase back-end will record the hours attended and perform a "time sheet" report.
One is also able to redo the signature if they prefer to. There can be a single checkin and a single check out each day for the same person.
On the Desktop Version of the app, one is able to see who attended and also generate an attendance report in excel for all people for the month.
