Android Question Webview and touch panel

Hello there. There is one Webview. I'm adding a touch on the panel. But then it does not work because of WebView scroll feature at the bottom left. How can I solve this problem? There is a long text in a well of WebView. WebView is composed of horizontal scroll when using the zoom feature. How can I go to the bottom line of the overflowing part?

You shouldn't combine scrollable views. Why is the WebView inside a ScrollView?

I'm writing a song lyric application. Lyric I need to do on the zoom. You also need to go through to the bottom line when the overflowing part zooms. I made a left-right scrolling on the lyric before and I want to go to the next lyric. if it's like the easiest method for touch panel and WebView.
