B4J Question WEBVIEW can not print in Crystal Report

Hi,

I tried to use webview to run report from crystal report and looks fine.
The problem when i clicked the print button it action nothing. What should i need to change or add ?
can anybody help how to resolve it ?

i am also a user of crytal reports (8.5 and 11); can you describe the way, which components you use etc. to show a report in webview?
