Looking for someone who is familiar with the above platforms using their APIs and not the SDK.
The implementation should be done using HTTP so that the exact same code can be used with B4A, B4I or B4J.
Preferably someone who have completed this task before.

After reviewing the spec, I believe that the best approach is to have it done using B4J server as a middleware.
